Caribbean Click II sets sail with me, Kevin Gilbert on board
The average high temperature in Calgary, Canada in January is -3.6C (26F), with cold snaps that see that number plummet to -20C (-4F) or cooler. This is where I live. By comparison, the average high temperature in St.Thomas (in the US Virgin Islands) for the same month is 25C (77F). These weather facts were all the convincing I needed to join Kevin Gilbert on the instructor staff of Caribbean Click II, a digital photography education cruise aboard Cunard's Queen Mary 2 to San Juan, St. Thomas and Philipsburg, St. Maarten from January 22-29, 2005.
