Canon USA sub-mirror repair paperwork notes warranty extension
Max Simbron, a photographer based in Phoenix, Arizona, received one of his two EOS-1D Mark IIIs back early this week after Canon USA completed the sub-mirror repair (the other is due back shortly). He forwarded to us scanned copies of the paperwork that came with the returned camera, including a letter from Canon USA stating that the warranty on the body has been extended by a full year from the date the repair was completed.

Adobe has released Camera Raw 4.3.1, an update of its RAW processing plug-in for Photoshop CS3 that corrects a bug introduced in v4.3 preventing compressed NEFs shot with the Nikon D100 to be opened, and improves the conversion quality of Olympus E-3 files.
