onOne Software has submitted v1.1 of DSLR Camera Remote for iPhone and iPod touch to Apple's App Store. Mike Wong, VP of Marketing at onOne, notes that it can take as little as two days or as long as two weeks for an update such as this one to make it through the App Store approval process and come available for download.
Version 1.1 is a free update for existing owners of either the Lite or Pro variant. The app's required Mac/Windows companion software, DSLR Camera Remote Server 1.1, will be posted on onOne's website at about the same time as DSLR Camera Remote 1.1 emerges.
The latest release of DSLR Camera Remote and DSLR Camera Remote Server brings support for Nikon digital SLRs (in addition to Canon), smarter RAW+JPEG handling, burst shooting, a slick Auto Bracketing feature, a more responsive Fire button and more.
We previewed the new version last month in DSLR Camera Remote for iPhone comes to life in v1.1.
