Photographer Stephen Mallon produced and directed a fascinating
time-lapse video of the delivery and installation of the new, 350-ft. long Willis Avenue Bridge connecting Manhattan to the Bronx. Edited down from 30,000 still images taken by nine photographers, the 4-minute video follows the bridge as it is completed near Coeymans, New York, floated more than 100 miles down the Hudson River and around the tip of Manhattan, and then installed in place over the Harlem River.
