Hasselblad has unveiled a new Special Applications division within the company, one which will at first focus on products for aerial photographers and will offer the H4D Aerial, a version of the company's flagship medium format digital camera that's purpose-built for shooting pictures from the air. Customization options include the addition of a GPS unit, automatic engagement of the mirror-up feature when the camera is powered on and support for tightly-synchronized multiple camera triggering.
