Photoshelter has posted two 30-minute webinars, collectively titled "How We Hire Photographers", that were recorded with photo editors from the magazines Travel + Leisure and New York. 

Part 1 was conducted with Whitney Lawson from Travel + Leisure magazine who walks through a series of effective photographer's promos she has received and talks about what she likes and dislikes on photographers' web sites.

Part 2 was conducted with Ashley Macknica of New York magazine who often uses curated photo blogs as a resource for finding new talent.
