DSLR Camera Remote HD for the iPad and iPad 2, has also been updated. Version 1.4.1 of the remote camera control, triggering and viewing app for Apple's tablet, adds support for the Canon EOS Rebel T3 and T3i, as
well as the Nikon D5100.
At the same time, onOne has removed support for all Canon digital SLRs
introduced in 2006 and earlier. (More information about this change is here.)
DSLR Camera Remote HD 1.4.1
is available from the iTunes App Store on your computer, or through the
App Store app on your iPad/iPad 2. It's a free update for
existing users, while a new license is US$49.99 (or the approximate
equivalent in other currencies).
DSLR Camera Remote Server, the required companion application for Mac and Windows, has also been updated to v1.4.1. Register here
to receive a download link by email. In addition to supporting the
newly-added camera models, the server software now incorporates an
option to not download video files.
