XRite has issued a public beta of a special version of i1Profiler for Mac that's meant exclusively for the Eye-One Display LT and Eye-One Display 2 colorimeters. Called i1Profiler D2LionEdition, the software is compatible with Mac OS X Lion only, and has a feature set that is meant to be comparable to Eye-One Match.
X-Rite has created i1Profiler D2LionEdition so that owners of the Eye-One Display LT and Eye-One Display 2 devices will be able to use them with Mac OS X Lion without paying for an upgrade. It replaces Eye-One Match, which will not run in the newest Mac operating system.
Both the public beta and eventual final version of i1Profiler D2LionEdition are being made available at no charge to all owners of these two X-Rite colorimeters.
