ShutterSnitch, our favorite app for sending pictures wirelessly from a camera to an iPad, has been updated. Version 2.1.8 fixes a Location Services bug and adds a Tweet option to the tap-and-hold thumbnail menu.
Eye-Fi Center v3.4.23 for Mac and Windows implements a number of under the hood changes (relative to v3.30), tweaks the account activation process, adds support for the Spanish and Italian languages, incorporates the ability to associate geotagging information with RAW files and fixes several bugs. Version 3.4.23 can be downloaded using the Check for Updates feature within Eye-Fi Helper or from here.
Firmware version 4.5174 for Eye-Fi X2-series cards adds support for Samsung .SRW files, improves wireless network compatibility and corrects an instance in which uploads failed to begin in certain cameras. Firmware updates are done from within Eye-Fi Center.
