| Nikon to release AF-S 28mm f/1.8G in May |

The latest addition to the Nikkor lens line is the AF-S 28mm f/1.8G, an FX Format wide angle with a Silent Wave autofocus motor, seven-blade aperture diaphragm, a minimum aperture of f/16 and a close focus distance 9.8in/25cm.

The AF-S 28mm f/1.8G is scheduled for delivery at the end of May at an expected street price of US$699.95 in the U.S.
