Nik Software has released Snapseed Mobile 1.4, an update to the company's iOS image editor.
The update improves compatibility with the iPad3 and iOS 5.1. It also adds the ability to open images directly into Instagram, and several image effect filters, including Black and White and Center Focus, have been enhanced.
The update is free to registered users of Snapseed Mobile. A new license for Snapseed Mobile costs US$4.99 and is available at the iTunes App Store.
Snapseed is also available in desktop versions and an Android version is "coming soon", according to Nik.
