Microtech's US$20 MediaVault is an ultra-sturdy brushed aluminum case for camera storage media. The company produces several different configurations, including a CompactFlash model that holds two CF Type I/II cards and a PC Card or PC Card adapter. I own two MediaVaults and can attest to their durability, though I would prefer a configuration that held four CompactFlash cards in a single MediaVault.
