Photographic Solutions will begin to ship sensor cleaning swabs designed specifically for Nikon D1-series cameras on January 8, 2002. Called Sensor Swab-N, the clean room-assembled cleaning sticks, which are slightly narrower than the standard Sensor Swab, have not been sanctioned by Nikon for use with their digital SLR line. The list price for a box of 12 is US$48.
