MobileStar, an ISP offering 802.11b/Wi-Fi (i.e. Apple Airport) wireless Internet access in hotels, airports and hundreds of Starbucks locations in the US, continues to operate its network despite financial difficulties. Their service was 100% functional (and fast!) for me during recent visits to 3 Starbucks locations north of San Francisco.
