Extensis has released Portfolio 6. Copying photos directly from a digital camera card and importing of EXIF shooting information are among the digital photography-specific features in the latest release of the archiving software suite for Windows and Mac (OS 9 only, or OS X in Classic mode). Pricing starts at US$70 to upgrade from a previous version, or US$200 for a new purchase. A time-limited trial version is available. A native Mac OS X version is slated for release "this summer," and is expected to be a free update for licensed users of Portfolio 6 for Mac.
