| VoiceStream acquires MobileStar |

Mobile phone carrier VoiceStream has acquired the MobileStar wireless 802.11b (aka Apple Airport) network. In an email sent to MobileStar subscribers today, VoiceStream indicates that the procedure for logging into and being billed for the MobileStar service remains unchanged, and that VoiceStream will "continue to expand to new locations and improve (the) broadband wireless service..."
