Kodak is offering, through its worldwide dealer network, a small cache of discontinued Kodak DCS 520, DCS 620 and DCS 620x cameras, some or all of which were discovered languishing in a warehouse in Europe. A total of 27 cameras are up for grabs, including 9 refurbished DCS 520, 8 new DCS 620 and 10 new DCS 620x bodies. The refurbished bodies include a 90-day warranty, while new cameras include a 1-year warranty. Kodak has elected not to announce a suggested list price for these bodies; dealers can learn of their net price (from which the selling price of the camera will be calculated) by calling Kodak's dealer order line in the US, says Kodak Professional's David Senkiw.
