Adobe yesterday released Photoshop Camera Raw 1.0 , a US$99 file format plug-in that brings support for a wide range of digital SLR and compact camera RAW file formats to Photoshop 7.01 (Mac and Windows).

Photoshop Camera Raw may be purchased and downloaded from Adobe's web site. Bundled with Photoshop Camera Raw is a JPEG 2000 file format plug-in. Digital Outback Photo has posted a comprehensive overview of Photoshop Camera Raw.
