Popular Photography has published a correction to a story in their October 2003 issue. The story stated that future Nikon digital SLR models would contain 35mm film frame-size image sensors, and was based on a report in a Japanese trade publication.

In the correction, the magazine quotes Makoto Kimura, President of Nikon Imaging Company, as saying that they will continue to employ smaller-than-35mm sensors in future digital SLR cameras.
