Fred Miranda has announced the BW Workflow Pro v1.0 plugin for Photoshop v5.5 and above on Windows or Mac. The plugin offers numerous controls for converting color digital images to black and white. They include settings designed to mimic traditional black and white filters such as yellow, orange, red, and green; what appears to be a variation on Photoshop's Channel Mixer; effects such as duotone, tritone, and quadtone; and an "add film grain" setting.

The plugin can be downloaded directly from Fred Miranda's web site, and it costs US$29.90.
