Reuters: AT&T launches 3G cell data network this week

Reuters reports that AT&T Wireless will launch a 3G -- i.e. high-speed -- Internet access service for cell phones in four U.S. cities this week. The network will roll out in San Francisco, Seattle, Phoenix and Detroit, and AT&T Wireless will charge consumers about $25 per month for all-you-can-use service, according to the article.
