PhotoWiz has released a Windows-only Photoshop plugin called Light Machine.
Light Machine comprises several controls for adjusting shadow/highlight tonality and color, as well as others for simulating certain lighting effects.
It's compatible with Photoshop 3.0 or higher on Windows 95+. A demo version is available for download, and a full license costs US$69.95.
