Camera Bits today has released Photo Mechanic 4.3 for Windows and Mac.

The update adds background ingesting, image zooming, RAW+JPEG linking and more (we published a preview of this release earlier this month).

This version does not include support for Lexar's Active Memory System (AMS). That's planned for a later release, probably to be called v4.5.

The US$150 Photo Mechanic 4.3 is a free update to licensed users who have purchased the software in the last year. A trial version is available.
