| BJP: Kyocera (Contax) to cease camera manufacturing |

The British Journal of Photography reports that Kyocera has already stopped manufacturing Contax and Kyocera branded 35mm film cameras and plans to cease production of digital cameras by the end of the year.
A Kyocera UK official told the British Journal of Photography that the company is planning to concentrate on its mobile phone business.
