| PDNOnline: Photogs lose National Geo CD appeal |

PDNOnline recently published a report on the U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in favor of defendant National Geographic in the long-running copyright infringement suit involving The Complete National Geographic on CD. The 2nd Circuit Court's ruling affirmed a lower court's ruling that the CD was a revision of an existing work and therefore did not constitute a copyright violation.
