The Nikon D200 has left the building. The 10.04 million image pixel digital SLR has already begun to ship from Nikon USA warehouses to dealers, says Nikon USA Senior Technical Manager Steve Heiner. Any Nikon retailer in the U.S. that has the camera in hand can officially begin to sell it starting tomorrow (December 15, 2005).
