Canon USA has recently updated their Digital Learning Center on photoworkshop.com with new video tutorials on Digital Photo Professional 2.1 and related software.

There are at least three added tutorials, focusing on the changes in the RGB tone curve tool, using the noise reduction filter and highlighting what's new in EOS Utility relative to the EOS Capture application it replaces.
