| Apple releases Aperture 1.5 for Mac |

Apple has updated Aperture to v1.5. The new version, which is free to licensed users of any previous Aperture release, is available via the Software Update mechanism of Mac OS X, or from an Apple download page. As with previous iterations of Aperture, there is no trial version of 1.5 available. Mac OS X 10.4.8, also released today, must be installed prior to the Aperture 1.5 update.
