Nikon updates Camera Control Pro, adds Capture NX tutorials

Nikon has recently updated Camera Control Pro for Mac to v1.3.1, as well as published a series of mini-tutorials on Capture NX.

What's new?
  • This update is for Intel-based Mac systems only.
  • Added support for the D40X
  • When "Import it into PictureProject" was selected for the "When a new image is received from the camera" option in the Camera Control Pro "Download Options" dialog, images were not imported into PictureProject on Intel-based Macintosh computers. This issue has been resolved.
 
Camera Control Pro 1.3.0 for Mac must be installed for the 1.3.1 updater to run. Camera Control Pro for Windows is unchanged; the most up-to-date version is 1.3.0.
 
Capture NX tutorials
 
Nikon has prepared a collection of 27 mini-tutorials on Capture NX, its RAW conversion and image editing application. A complete list of the tutorials, which are available in both HTML and PDF format, is here.
