Photojournalist Ed Kashi says the age of traditional freelance photojournalism is dead and freelancers must adapt to survive. Shrinking magazine and newspaper markets coupled with editorial budgets at an all-time low means the glory days are at an end and publishing on the Internet is the future. Dirck Halstead of The Digital Journalist and Brian Storm of MediaStorm were also interviewed for the story.
