| Apple releases Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update 2.3 |

Apple has released Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update 2.3, which adds the ability to decode RAW files taken with the Canon EOS 50D, Nikon D90, Sony DSLR-A900 and Nikon Coolpix P6000 in Aperture 2.x and iPhoto '08. Other unspecified fixes are also part of the update.
Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update 2.3 is available via the Software Update mechanism of Mac OS X 10.4.11 or 10.5.3 or later. A standalone download is here.
