Thursday, October 8, 2009 | by Rob Galbraith
If you enjoyed leafing through Life magazine in years gone by, you can relive the experience online at Google Books. The site is home to high-resolution scans of each page of the iconic publication, presented in an easy-to-navigate web interface. Entire issues from 1936 through 1972 are available for viewing, at no charge.
