Nikon announces D3200, WU-1a wireless accessory

Nikon has unveiled the D3200, an entry-level digital SLR featuring a 24.06 million image pixel DX Format sensor, top ISO of 12,800, 4fps continuous shooting, video capture at up to 1080p/30fps or 720p/60fps and compatibility with Wireless Mobile Adapter WU-1a, a new Wi-Fi accessory.

The Nikon D3200, in both black and red colours, is to ship at the end of this month at an expected U.S. street price of US$699.95 in a bundle with the AF-S DX 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR. Wireless Mobile Adapter WU-1a is slated for release at the end of May for US$59.95.
