ACDSee Pro 2.0 beta planned for spring release

In their March 2007 PhotoOp newsletter, ACD Systems has announced their intention to release ACDSee Pro 2.0 in beta form this spring. The new version of the Windows-only photo browser and RAW conversion application will improve its handling of RAW files, beef up its batch processing capabilities add a Power Point presentation wizard and more.
The precise posting date for the beta isn't given, while the final version is to ship "later this year."

The ACDSee team is busy working on ACDSee Pro 2.0 for release later this year. We are looking forward to giving a sneak preview this spring when you will have the opportunity to try out and provide feedback on our work in progress through our new Pro Public Beta program.
