Photojournalist Robert J. Galbraith publishes Iraq: Eyewitness to War - A Photojournalist's Diary
Friday, October 1, 2004 | by Rob Galbraith

Montreal-based photojournalist Robert J. Galbraith has published a personal account of the war in Iraq.

Galbraith's book, entitled Iraq: Eyewitness to War - A Photojournalist's Diary, is a daily diary of words and pictures about his experiences covering Operation Iraqi Freedom in April and May 2003.

The photographs in the book were taken with a single Nikon D100 body which, Galbraith notes, didn't miss a beat during his time in Iraq, despite the extremely difficult conditions.

In addition to having a fine first and last name, the photographer is a regular contributor to The New York Times.
