Thursday, March 15, 2001 | by
Sierra Wireless and Canada's Telus have jointly announced a wireless data PC Card that will offer throughput of 144kbps across compatible CDMA networks, including Telus's Mobility digital network. The card is expected to be available by the end of this year, though CDMA networks, such as those operated by Sprint and Verizon, may not be set to offer the faster data rates when the card begins to ship.
